1. First £ still blocked by 4 human gates — keystone sync-vercel Stripe keys → Vercel · Stripe live-flip (human) · PyPI/npm 2FA (human-gated) · SMITHERY (human-gated). Without these: checkout 500s, no live revenue. This was true at tick 0 and remains true at tick 100.
2. UK SC clearance not initiated — gates MOD IFS TC-008 + AUKUS Pillar 2 + Dstl AI T&E direct bids. CSOAI Ltd UK 16939677 cannot bid classified work without Nick's SC clearance process started.
3. DSP registration incomplete — Defence Sourcing Portal registration pending Nick's email/company details. Blocks all UK MOD direct bids.
4. The £110 GCP cost lesson from Jun 2026 — sovereign substrate was supposed to be compute-light (£0/mo target). Nick got £110 GCP bill because 33 e2-medium VMs were deployed to "match the brand claim" of 33 sovereign VMs. The brand claim is capability, not deployment target.
