# DEFONEOS Artefact Byte-Exact Ledger

This ledger provides a byte-exact record for every DEFONEOS artefact, secured with BLAKE3 hashes and Ed25519 digital signatures. This ensures tamper-proof integrity and cryptographic verifiability for all components of the Sovereign Public Services OS.

## Ledger Entries
- **Artefact ID:** Unique identifier for each component (e.g., MCP package, documentation, BFT minutes).
- **BLAKE3 Hash:** Cryptographic hash of the artefact's byte content, guaranteeing data integrity.
