SOV33 is an Open World Emergence Model (OWEM) — a sovereign substrate that grows with you. Unlike closed models that ship frozen at training time, SOV33 emerges through use:

5 OWEMs (compliance, defense, intuition, voice, general) — each is a specialized perspective
Own weights — Qwen3-0.6B trained on sovereign compliance data (200 samples, 87.5% accuracy)
